USA PROPERTIES - Orlando
Currently all the USA properties we offer are in the State of Florida. The ‘Sunshine State’ boasts a wonderful climate 12 months a year, and of particular interest to holiday-makers it also has arguably the best theme parks in the world as well as being the home of NASA and some incredible wildlife, golf courses, scenery etc.
Clermont, Davenport or Kissimmee?
Almost every villa available for short term rental is in one of these three City Departments.Clermont (red on the map) is to the west of the Disney parks and offers some of the most up to date property having recently been opened up by the new West Gate now available at Disney.
Just south of this the blue area is Davenport. Probably now the most popular area offering a huge number of golf courses and other attractions as well as easy access to Disney, Universal etc via either the i4 or the US Interstate 27. On average distances are a little further than for the other districts but the access roads are direct and fast and there is the added benefit of being a scenically more attractive area.
To the east, marked in green, is Kissimmee, probably the best known of the three districts. Much of the Disney estate falls within this district so of course these properties have the easiest access to the parks. Visit the old town for the famous motor show, see the motor bikes, take a helicopter ride or a balloon flight or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the '192'
