(Where's) Jane Storey?

We are not entirely sure what Jane looks like, she works the hours we don't, so you may well find yourself in correspondence with her but in that case you probably know more about Jane than we do! She seems to work pretty hard though, inspiring.

Richard Storey

Founded the business in 2007. Widely travelled, an advocate of great marketing and brilliant customer service, Richard owned four holiday homes when he decided he should become involved in the process of finding holiday-makers and matching them with the right holiday-home. From those modest beginnings has grown TravelOwl Ltd and TravelOwl.com and its sister site, letusletit.net

Donna Woollam (on the right)

Joined as Richard’s PA in 2008 but now Donna leads the TravelOwl team, working closely with the property owners, overseeing arrangements and conducting regular tours of inspection of all the properties in our portfolio on either side of the Atlantic.

Kelly Gratton (on the left)

Kelly joined the team in 2009 and now takes responsibility for all the promotional work, managing the portals as well as overseeing this site to ensure that all properties are accurately represented and that holiday-makers can find the ideal home with ease and confidence.

MAIN ACTIVITY

On behalf of predominantly British and Irish owners we seek to find holiday-makers who recognise the benefit of staying in a privately owned villa or condo/apartment.

We set out to ensure that those holiday-makers who choose a TravelOwl property experience a superior holiday. We do our utmost to ensure that the home selected for your stay is amongst the best available, that it has been thoroughly prepared in anticipation of your stay, and that 24 hours a day someone is available to sort out any of those problems that might arise from time to time.

All our homes offer great value for money, they are clean, well equipped and suitable for the size of the group intended to holiday there.

We enjoy what we do, delivering great holidays in places we too like to spend time in. We are gaining expertise with each inspection visit we conduct so if you want to hear a first hand account of any particular property or attraction give the office a call, one of us will be delighted to offer guidance.
